I had my snow blower serviced at Newmarket Mower in November, 2023. Being a senior they went out of their way to provide extra care and service during the process. I highly recommend Newmarket Mower for their impeccable service.

They were great to deal with i knew what i wanted a chainsaw and they showed me how to operate it told me about cans of properly mixed gas. I was really happy overall

I took my Stihl trimmer to this establishment last year at the end of season. It hadn't been working all year. I asked them to do what ever it would take to make it work 100% smoothly. They "fixed" it and I paid quite a bit of money and took it home. It didn't work. I took it back. The guy pulled on the cord 50 times and got it started. I took it home. It worked once. Didn't start again for the rest of the season. This year it has not been able to run for more than 5 minutes and then won't start again. I have tried several times to start it via the perfect manual techniques. Even use highest quality Stihl fuel. It still doesn't run. This service was junk. Don't waste your time with these folks, they can't execute on your needs.

Wow!!!! This shop is amazing overall. Had the best experience from start to finish. Ken and his team are amazing and go beyond the call of duty to help. I will never go anywhere else for service! They are quick, super friendly, super helpful and know their stuff!! Very pleased with the snowblower service I received!

Great group of people. Excellent prices. Excellent service. Buy a mower from them and they will take care of you. They came highly recommend to me by friends in the property maintenance industry and after doing some business with them, it's obvious why. I don't usually write reviews but these guys deserve the flowers.
